NEW COUNTY CHILD PROTECTION POLICY

A new County Child Protection Policy has been issued jointly by both the Witshire Ladies Golf Association and the Wiltshire County Golf Union and will apply to both boys and girls.

The policy applies to County events, competitions, matches and training sessions but does not apply to club activities.

However, clubs are encouraged to produce their own policies as a condition of achieving Golf Mark status and many will already have something in place.

If not, the county organisations are happy for clubs to use the county policy as a template.
