Rushmore Golf Club joins the Wiltshire Union

At the AGM on 2nd December the Council unanimously voted to accept the application of Rushmore Golf Club to join the Wiltshire County Golf Union. Rushmore is situated on the border of Wiltshire and Dorset with fantastic views across Cranborne Chase. An 18 hole championship course with USGA specification greens, the course will be a fantastic addition to Wiltshire. To give Wilsthire golfers a chance to get to know the course, Rushmore will host the Spring Meeting, on 10th May 2009 and will also host a round of the Colts and Juniors Medal Tour on 14th June. A link is attached to the Rushmore website and more details will appear shortly.   http://www.rushmoregolfclub.co.uk/
